Jon Shell

Jon Shell is Chair of Social Capital Partners, a Toronto-based non-profit focused on broadening business ownership; he previously served as its Managing Director and Partner from 2017 to 2023, leading its Ownership Agenda. He co-founded both Save Small Business and the Canadian Employee Ownership Coalition and is a prominent public advocate for Employee Ownership Trusts in Canada.
